You cannot accept these Lease Scheme Terms if: (a) You are not lawfully entitled to use the Platform; or (b) if You are not allowed to participate in the Scheme for leasing of the Precious Metal. (c) You are not of lawful age to participate in this scheme. You by accepting these terms appoint and authorize Gullak to act on your behalf as a facilitator of the Leased Precious Metal and undertake all such acts as it may deem fit to adequately protect your interest.
